08 — Questions
Straight answers
How long does it take?
The website and the inbox take 4 business days from the day we agree the scope. An outreach campaign starts once the list and the copy are ready, and it has its own deadline.
Do I need to be good with computers?
Zero. You send a message with your site address and one sentence about your business. Everything else we settle over WhatsApp or email — you never have to book a call. At the end we show you the two or three things you'll actually use.
Do we have to get on a call?
No. The whole project runs in writing — WhatsApp or email. If you'd rather talk, say so and we'll call, but nothing in the process requires it.
What if I already have a website?
We look at it first. Sometimes it is worth fixing, often it is cheaper to rebuild. We tell you which one it is in a message.
Who manages it after launch?
You own it. If you want us to keep it updated, that is the monthly support plan. If not, we hand it over and you are free to go.
Do we sign a contract?
Yes. Clear scope, fixed price, fixed deadline, in writing, before anyone pays anything.
What if I have no time?
That is the normal case. A short exchange of messages is enough for us to know what to do. Everything after that is on us.
How much do domain and hosting cost?
About $15–30 a year. You pay that directly. The domain and the site stay yours — even if we stop working together.
Do I get an invoice?

What if I don't like the direction?
After day one you approve the direction, or we refund the deposit.
Will the site be in English, Polish, or both?
That's up to you. We often do both — Polish for your customers, English for everyone else.
